New students must pay the registration fee in person as well as submit a completed New Student Application.
One-Hour Class: For 5- to 9-year-olds. In this program, children must have learned and mastered a basic forward roll. We will work on improving our skills and get more into learning intermediate gymnastics. Students must be willing to learn and be ready to challenge their bodies.
One-Hour Class: For boys and girls who want to work only on tumbling. Class will learn proper handstand to a roll out, proper round-off, proper backbend, and the proper straddle and pike jumps, peanut rolls on tumbling tracks, proper handstand and hold for 5 seconds, and basic gymnastics on the bars, beam, etc.
One-Hour Class: For boys and girls to learn a proper drive roll, be able to handstand for at least 15 seconds, a backbend, a kickover, a front handspring, and a back tuck and front tuck on the tumble track, along with gymnastics on the bars, beam, etc.
One-Hour Class: Will learn a front tuck, round-off back handspring, back tuck, handstand walk across the floor, straddle handstand 2x, along with more advanced moves on the bar, beams, etc.
One-Hour Class: You will learn more advanced tumbling and gymnastics moves using all gymnastic equipment.
One-Hour Class: Ages Three and a half years old.
Taking a child's natural instinct to move, dance, jump, run, and climb when they hear music and cranking it up to shake, wiggle and have blast with friends. They won't even know they are exercising.
One-Hour Class: Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses body weight as resistance to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. It involve a variety of movement such as push-up, squats, lunges, and handstand.
One-Hour Class: Parkor is a physical discipline involving running, jumping, climbing and vaulting i the most efficient and fluid way possible. Parkour emphasizes self-improvement, adaptability and overcoming physical and mental barriers through combination of speed, power and precision movement.
Lightening: We have the best boys' fitness program in Los Banos and have produced sports champions and star athletes. This fitness program is a quality outlet that promotes self-esteem, healthy living, and fitness in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Classes cover strength training, endurance training, power training, speed training, agility, balance coordination, and sports skill development. Classes meet twice a week for one hour each time and are separate from the girls' classes. There are two basic levels: building basic skill, strength, and flexibility and teaching boys to do handstands and handsprings and have some gymnastics experience on the equipment.
